Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Siebel CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise CRM solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel configuration, scripting, and integration, and will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance CRM capabilities and support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Siebel CRM.
Perform Siebel configuration including business components, business objects, applets, views, and workflows.
Develop and maintain Siebel scripts (eScript/VBScript) and server-side logic.
Implement and support Siebel workflows, business services, and integration objects.
Integrate Siebel with external systems using EAI, web services, and APIs.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development and configuration.
Expertise in Siebel Tools, workflows, and business services.
Experience with Siebel eScript or VBScript.
Knowledge of Siebel EAI, integration objects, and web services.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of Siebel architecture and deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Siebel Open UI customization.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience supporting large enterprise CRM implementations.
