Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Lead to design, develop, and support Oracle-based applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical development activities, provide guidance to development teams, and ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based applications and solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Develop and maintain database objects such as procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications and databases.
Support system integrations, data migrations, and upgrades.
Document technical designs, processes, and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL development.
Experience with Oracle development tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization.
Experience with system integration and data migration.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or other Oracle applications.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
