Appian BPM Developer

We are seeking an experienced Appian BPM Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian low-code platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly process automation solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain BPM applications using Appian.
Build process models, interfaces, records, and reports in Appian.
Implement integrations with external systems using web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and plug-ins.
Develop and configure Appian components such as SAIL interfaces, rules, expressions, and data stores.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Participate in requirements gathering and solution design discussions.
Provide production support and resolve application issues.
Follow coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM development.
Experience building SAIL interfaces, process models, and records.
Knowledge of Appian expressions, rules, and data types.
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Basic understanding of Java and plug-in development (preferred).
Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Appian Certification (Associate/Lead Developer).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of security, performance tuning, and deployment strategies in Appian.
Exposure to cloud environments.
