Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Appian Technical Architect to design and lead enterprise Appian low-code solutions. The role involves defining technical architecture, ensuring best practices, guiding development teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own Appian solution architecture and technical designs.
Lead and mentor Appian developers and technical teams.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Appian applications.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and governance.
Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems (REST/SOAP, APIs).
Review technical designs and code for quality and compliance.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.
Support DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment strategies.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Appian platform architecture.
Expertise in SAIL, process models, records, expressions, and data modeling.
Experience with BPM, case management, and workflow automation.
Strong integration and API design experience.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience with cloud environments and Appian Cloud.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Appian Certified Lead Developer / Architect.
Knowledge of Java and Appian plug-in development.
Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models.
Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
