Oracle Talent Management Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Talent Management Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting talent management solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules including:

    • Performance Management

    • Goal Management

    • Profile Management

    • Career Development

    • Succession Planning

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

  • Configure talent profiles, competencies, content libraries, and rating models

  • Set up performance documents, goal plans, review cycles, and approval workflows

  • Support integrations with Core HR, Recruiting, and Learning modules

  • Assist in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment

  • Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD), user guides, and training materials

  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management modules

  • Good understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes

  • Experience in configuring performance templates, goal frameworks, and succession plans

  • Knowledge of security roles, approval rules, and OTBI reporting for Talent modules

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management certification

  • Experience with large-scale or global HCM implementations

  • Exposure to Redwood UI and digital HR transformation projects
