Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM & RMK) modules.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure foundation objects, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions in EC.

Configure recruiting templates, offer letters, job requisitions, career site, and onboarding integration.

Manage data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT support).

Support integrations with third-party systems and SAP modules.

Provide production support and resolve functional issues.

Prepare documentation including configuration workbooks and training materials.

Conduct client workshops and end-user training sessions.
