Job Title: Sr. Engagement Manager (Scrum Master/Agile
Start Date: Immediate after BGC, Fingerprinting & on-boarding (3 weeks process)
Duration: ~6+ months
Location: Remote (US based)
 
Project Scope:
  • Project managers to help us manage through both the needs internally to client but also working through the AWS organization
  • Engage with Customer’s PMO to collaborate to drive the successful delivery of customer’s business outcomes
  • Leverage different Project Management Methodologies as needed; SCRUM, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe Agile), WAGILE (Waterfall/Agile), PMBOK, or AWS’s EDF
  • Primary responsibilities; financial, resource & project management, escalations, unblocking “blockers, & ”connecting the dots” – helping to navigate the inner-workings of AWS

General Requirements:
  • We will want both Senior and Staff consultants for this role, with experience of leading on one or more AWS ProServe engagements, and able to ensure that appropriate direction and scope is determined (or partner equivalent)
  • We want to have someone who has at least 6 months tenure in AWS (or partner equivalent)
  • The desire is to have resources aligned from a timezone perspective in the US
  • Experience of leading on one or more AWS ProServe engagement and owning/driving the scope, in collaboration with the customer
  • Strong preference for past experience working with regulated industries (FSI’s, Healthcare, Government)
  • Global Financial Services experience a plus
