We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Management Specialist to lead and manage complex technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing IT projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle management (initiation to closure).

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and security policies.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of IT project management experience.

Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, etc.).
