About the Role
Seeking a highly disciplined, execution-oriented Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Lead to support a U.S. federal government client. This role requires a hands-on, embedded practitioner who drives delivery excellence—not a theoretical or advisory-only coach.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-touch environments, Champions Agile best practices and ensures process integrity, ensures accountability across teams, and partners closely with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an embedded Agile Coach within federal delivery teams, driving execution and accountability.
  • Facilitate disciplined agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos) with measurable outcomes.
  • Drive team accountability and remove delivery roadblocks
  • Leverage and administer PLM and agile lifecycle tools such as JIRA and Confluence to drive transparency, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to introduce light agile process automation where appropriate (CI/CD alignment, sprint metrics dashboards, workflow optimizations).
  • Establish and track delivery KPIs, velocity trends, burn-down metrics, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and federal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
  • Support agile maturity uplift while maintaining strict execution discipline.

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship (required due to federal client requirements)
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in complex environments.
  • Strong discipline in agile ceremonies and execution management - results-focused mindset.
  • Deep hands-on experience with PLM / Agile tools:
    • JIRA (advanced user)
    • Confluence
    • Related reporting and workflow customization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to operate in high-accountability, structured federal environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. federal government clients.
  • Experience working within regulated or highly structured governance environments.
  • Exposure to Agile process automation and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, workflow automation, reporting dashboards).
