We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in project planning tools and methodologies.
Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception to completion
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies
Conduct regular status meetings and provide reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with quality standards and project governance
Manage budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
Drive process improvements and lessons learned for future projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
3–4 years of experience managing projects in IT, engineering, or operations
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana
Understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in risk management and resource planning
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
Experience in multi-project management
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Change management and stakeholder engagement experience
Ability to manage remote or distributed teams
