Role: ServiceNow CSM Integration Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
ServiceNow Developer with strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of ITIL ,CSM processes, experience working on a Scrum team, and excellent ServiceNow development skills including complex integrations of 3rd party applications with ServiceNow
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design technical solutions and implementations of ServiceNow modules.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations.
• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITXM, CSM modules (
• Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, SOAP, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies).
• Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Identify, optimize and automate manual IT business processes to deliver secure, scalable and reliable IT infrastructure.
• Proactively maintain knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow features and product offerings.
• Build out scoped applications based on customer requirements.
• Identify trends across customer implementations to improve future implementations.
• Driving continual service improvement through establishment of best practices, reusable assets and refinement of the implementation processes.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data. Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.
• Document technical solutions and provide training in knowledge gaps.
• Translate business problems into software & technical requirements
• Write code that works well, takes pride in code working correctly the first time
• Use Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant and Jenkins or equivalent or work with those that do
• Work with Service Now Service Management or Platform
• Understand the base business process and workflows
Preferred Skills
· Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation
· Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Web services and Plugins.
· Systems integration of ServiceNow SaaS / Platform solutions
· Experience in Integration Hub
