Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow platform solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and guide development teams in delivering scalable and efficient ServiceNow implementations aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Define platform architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee development, customization, and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Review code, enforce development best practices, and maintain documentation.
Lead integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Support platform upgrades, releases, and governance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and workflow automation.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
