Support platform upgrades, releases, and governance processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.

Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design.

Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and workflow automation.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
