We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve service delivery across the organization.

Design, develop, and customize applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.

Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and automation workflows.

Implement ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules as required.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs and web services.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and performance concerns.

Participate in system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.

Follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

Create technical documentation and user guides.

Collaborate with administrators, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.

Understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model.

Experience with Agile development methodology.
