Position Overview

Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect

The Senior Solution Architect – ServiceNow, helps design, architect and implement new ServiceNow capabilities that address any gaps and provide integrated end to end scalable, enterprise-class services. Has a proven capability to analyze existing products and infrastructure, understand how to leverage existing investments, and introduce best of breed, emerging capabilities.  Evaluates business requirements to identify potential capabilities that can be employed to meet business objectives.  Provide oversight and guidance to leaders and engineering staff. Oversee vendor relationships for technologies within the purview. 

 

Area of Responsibility:

  • Define the overall mission of the configuration management process.
  • Communicate the mission, goals, and objectives to all stakeholders.
  • Analyze future state capabilities, and future and current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Provide subject matter and solution expertise to stakeholders in areas such as: architecture, use cases, installation, configuration, upgrades, assessments, integrations and customization, troubleshooting environments, and reviewing/recommending systems designs and implementations.
  • Maintain the roadmap that defines path of the company in implementing, adapting, and enhancing the architecture, establishing technical directions and strategies that ensure cross-platform architectural components properly "fit”.
  • Conduct assessments, studies, and/or surveys to obtain data; analyzes data to advise and recommend solutions.
  • Design and configure solution components. Propose elements, configurations, and implementation details of the solution.
  • Advise partners to ensure successful, and consistent, implementation of solutions.
  • Partner closely and build strong relationships with IT and business leaders to develop the technical strategy and vision, and resolve any cross-functional issues
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the process to senior management.
  • Documenting and maintaining the process and procedures.
