IT Systems Integrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Integrator to design, implement, and manage integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow, system interoperability, and optimized performance across applications, infrastructure, and third-party solutions.
Design and implement system integration solutions between internal and external applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements to define integration architecture.
Develop APIs, middleware configurations, and data transformation processes.
Integrate ERP, CRM, HRMS, cloud platforms, and other enterprise applications.
Monitor system integrations to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Maintain documentation of integration workflows, mappings, and system dependencies.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and cloud integration initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in system integration or middleware development.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data mapping concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of ETL processes and messaging queues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
Experience in large-scale enterprise integration projects.
