Client- Alliance Bernstein Job Title:- Salesforce Admin Visa status -USC/GC Location- remote NYC location. Contract :-Duration-6+ Months Note:- 2-4 year work experience hybrid onsite Job Description :- Certifications nice to have with excellent communication skills. Application Support skills well Skills: 2-3 years previous experience providing user support for a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system is mandatory. Ideally supporting Salesforce.com or some Salesforce-based system. Previous experience of supporting Event Management systems (Dealogic Event manager) would be helpful Previous experience with BlueMatrix Research Authoring & Distribution systems would be helpful. Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels Good trouble-shooting skills Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Excel Macro's, Word and to a lesser extent Power Point) Database principals and Basic SQL would be advantageous Understanding of Web Principles Any database or development skills would be useful Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines Self-motivated and analytical individual Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
