Role Summary
A Senior Oracle Cloud ERP professional with 10–15 years of experience is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-functional modules. This role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Oracle Cloud configurations and integrations. They lead end-to-end project cycles, ensure governance and best practices, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation & Configuration
Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Order Management, HCM — based on specialization).Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across the ERP landscape.Develop scalable solution designs aligning with enterprise architecture.Lead design workshops, process mapping, and documentation of end-to-end workflows.Provide guidance on module interdependencies, data flows, integrations, and reporting.Work with business owners to understand requirements, evaluate gaps, and propose optimal Oracle Cloud solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.Serve as the ERP advisor for both functional and strategic transformation initiatives.Lead integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and on-prem/cloud applications using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, or middleware tools.Oversee data migration strategies, data mapping, cleansing, and validation.Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements.Collaborate with BI teams to design OTBI, BI Publisher, and other custom analytics solutions.Ensure that reporting aligns with business KPIs and operational needs.
