Job Description:

We are looking for a PeopleSoft HRMS Lead to manage, support, and enhance PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System applications. The role involves leading functional and technical teams, ensuring system stability, and delivering HR solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PeopleSoft HRMS implementation, upgrade, and support activities.

  • Manage modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and provide effective HRMS solutions.

  • Oversee configuration, customization, and system integrations.

  • Coordinate with technical teams on PeopleSoft tools, interfaces, and reports.

  • Lead testing phases including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

  • Provide production support and ensure SLA adherence.

  • Mentor team members and manage stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft HRMS functional modules.

  • Hands-on knowledge of PeopleSoft tools and architecture.

  • Experience in leading teams and end-to-end project delivery.

  • Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (9.x) and PeopleTools.

  • Exposure to integrations, BI Publisher, and reporting tools.

  • Experience in client-facing or onsite–offshore delivery models.
