Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of BI solutions.
Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Optimize queries and improve report performance.
Maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.
Support and enhance existing BI applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
Understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schema).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of Python/R for data processing.
Familiarity with big data technologies.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
