Pega Systems Architect

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Systems Architect to design, develop, and lead the implementation of Pega-based BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define solution architecture, and ensure best-practice development across Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Pega applications using Pega Platform (PRPC).
Lead technical solution design for complex Pega implementations.
Develop and review case management workflows, rules, and UI components.
Define integration architecture with external systems (REST/SOAP, connectors).
Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production issues.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and SDLC activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (PRPC).
Expertise in Case Management, Flows, and Decisioning.
Experience with Pega UI and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong knowledge of integrations, web services, and database concepts.
Understanding of security, authentication, and access control in Pega.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Experience with cloud deployment is a plus.
