Pega Case Management Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pega Case Management Consultant with strong expertise in designing and implementing case management solutions using Pega PRPC. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality Pega-based applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Pega Case Management solutions.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Pega designs.

  • Develop and configure case types, stages, steps, and workflows.

  • Implement UI forms, harnesses, sections, and flow actions.

  • Configure business rules, validations, decision tables, and integrations.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

  • Support deployments and post-production support activities.

  • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Case Management.

  • Knowledge of Pega Flow, Case Designer, and UI rules.

  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, database, file-based).

  • Understanding of Pega decisioning and rule management.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA).

  • Experience in industry domains such as Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare.

  • Exposure to Pega Customer Service or BPM frameworks.


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with performance tuning and application security.

  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud).
