Pega BPM Developer

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Pega BPM Developer to design, develop, and support business process management applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
Develop case management workflows, rules, and UI components.
Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and connectors.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Follow Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Provide production support and handle enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Pega Platform (PRPC).
Strong knowledge of Case Management, Flows, and Business Rules.
Experience with Pega UI and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of web services, integrations, and database concepts.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
