Set up performance documents, goal plans, review cycles, and approval workflows

Support integrations with Core HR, Recruiting, and Learning modules

Assist in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment

Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD), user guides, and training materials
-
Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
