Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant with strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion PPM modules. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing project management and project financial processes to meet business requirements.
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Control)
Gather and analyze business requirements related to project planning, execution, and financial management
Configure project structures, work plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Set up project accounting, cost rates, burdening, and revenue recognition
Integrate PPM with Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, and HCM
Support period close, project costing, and billing activities
Perform data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues
Prepare functional design documents and configuration documents
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM
Good understanding of project management and project accounting concepts
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules
Knowledge of Project Billing and Grants Management is an advantage
Ability to work with technical teams for integrations and reports
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
