Oracle Order Management (OM) Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Order Management (OM) Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM to support implementation, configuration, and support of Order Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users to streamline order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle OM functionality

  • Configure order types, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment processes

  • Manage order-to-cash lifecycle including order entry, scheduling, shipping, invoicing, and returns

  • Support integrations with Inventory, Shipping, Procurement, and Oracle Financials (AR)

  • Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, configuration docs, test cases)

  • Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and provide go-live and post-go-live support

  • Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migration

  • Provide end-user training and functional support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management

  • Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes

  • Experience in implementation and support projects

  • Knowledge of pricing, shipping, returns, and fulfillment

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM / OM certification

  • Experience in multi-org and global implementations

  • Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher reports
