Oracle Order Management (OM) Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Order Management (OM) Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM to support implementation, configuration, and support of Order Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users to streamline order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management
Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle OM functionality
Configure order types, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment processes
Manage order-to-cash lifecycle including order entry, scheduling, shipping, invoicing, and returns
Support integrations with Inventory, Shipping, Procurement, and Oracle Financials (AR)
Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, configuration docs, test cases)
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and provide go-live and post-go-live support
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migration
Provide end-user training and functional support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management
Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
Experience in implementation and support projects
Knowledge of pricing, shipping, returns, and fulfillment
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills:

Oracle Fusion SCM / OM certification
Experience in multi-org and global implementations
Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher reports
