Oracle Absence & Time Labor Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Absence Management & Time and Labor Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective HCM solutions.
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and Absence Management modules
Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry, schedules, shifts, and absences
Configure absence plans, accruals, carryover rules, and eligibility profiles
Set up time cards, worker time entry profiles, approval rules, and validations
Integrate Time and Labor with Payroll, Core HR, and OTBI
Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Prepare functional design documents (BRD, FDD) and user training materials
Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and Time and Labor
Good understanding of HR policies, leave management, and workforce time tracking
Experience in configurations such as accrual formulas, fast formulas, and approval workflows
Knowledge of integrations with Payroll and other HCM modules
Experience with OTBI reports related to Time and Absence
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Oracle Fusion HCM certification (Time and Labor / Absence Management)
Experience with multi-country or large enterprise implementations
Exposure to Redwood UI and HCM security roles
