Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting Techno-Functional
Location: Remote
Here are the responsibilities and skills:
Collaborate with various teams and solve the critical technical/functional issues in the HCM Cloud Recruiting.
Understand requirements for new integrations/reports, create the technical/functional design, and develop and deliver solutions.
Work with a technical team supporting existing inventory of HCM Extracts, BI Interfaces, Reports, Fast Formulas, etc.
Develop SQL-based BI reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc scripts across the HCM modules.
The candidate must have 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
The candidate should possess technical/functional experience and have implemented at least two HCM Cloud Recruiting projects.
