The Oracle Finance Functional Consultant will implement, optimize, and maintain Oracle Financials including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Oracle Projects, and Order Management modules in on-premises Oracle environments (E-Business Suite) and Oracle Cloud. The role requires deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash cycle and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
  • Configure, manage, and support Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements.
  • Manage closely integrated modules such as Projects and Order Management to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
  • Design and implement enhancements and value-add improvements to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and performance checks to ensure systems meet expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and create detailed user documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth integration across departments and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for the supported Oracle modules.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials applications.
  • Proven experience configuring and implementing Oracle financial modules: AP, AR, GL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, system integration, and project management practices; experience with Agile methodologies preferred.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

  • Experience with related modules such as Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Experience in presales activities including proposal creation, commercials, and fit-gap analysis.
