We are seeking an experienced Oracle RTR Solution Architect to lead the Record to Report workstream for a high-impact cloud implementation project. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner capable of engaging with CFOs and CIOs, driving end-to-end finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RTR track across multiple Oracle Cloud implementations

  • Act as a finance lead, interfacing directly with CFOs and senior stakeholders

  • Provide expertise across Oracle Financials modules including GL, Fixed Assets, and Costing

  • Serve as a “jack of all trades” across Oracle Finance, with strong functional depth

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions

  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading RTR tracks in Oracle Cloud implementations

  • Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders (CFO/CIO)

  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, FA, Costing)

  • Multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations

  • Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA (Mon–Thurs)
