We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC&B Utilities Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of utility industry processes, customer information systems, billing, payments, metering, and integrations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions that support operational efficiency and long-term business goals.

Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CC&B modules.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure CC&B components including billing, customer management, metering, service orders, rates, and payments.

Work with technical teams on integrations between CC&B and external systems such as GIS, AMI/MDM, financial systems, and customer portals.

Perform functional testing, support system testing, and assist with UAT activities.

Troubleshoot application issues, provide production support, and recommend long-term solutions.

Prepare documentation including design specifications, test scripts, configuration artifacts, and training materials.

Assist in data cleansing, migration planning, mapping, and validation activities.

Participate in architectural discussions and ensure compliance with solution standards and best practices.

Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum 12 years of experience working with Oracle CC&B in the utilities domain.

Strong functional understanding of CC&B processes including billing, rating, customer care, credit and collections, service orders, and revenue management.

Hands-on experience with CC&B configuration tools such as business components, UI maps, scripts, algorithms, and plug-ins.

Deep knowledge of utility business processes such as customer onboarding, meter-to-cash, field operations, and service management.

Experience with system integrations using SOAP/REST web services, SOA, ODI, JMS, or similar technologies.

Exposure to Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
