Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll processes while ensuring statutory and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll (Global and Local Payroll)

  • Gather and analyze payroll business requirements and statutory rules

  • Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, fast formulas, and costing

  • Set up payroll calendars, frequencies, and processing rules

  • Handle payroll statutory compliance, taxation, deductions, and reporting

  • Integrate Payroll with Core HR, OTL, GL, and third-party systems

  • Support payroll runs, validations, reconciliations, and period-end activities

  • Perform data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training

  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve payroll-related issues

  • Prepare functional design and configuration documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll

  • Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and OTL

  • Knowledge of country-specific payroll (India / Global Payroll) is an advantage

  • Ability to work with technical teams on reports and integrations

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
