Oracle Demand Planning Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Demand Planning Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules to support the implementation, configuration, and support of demand planning solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to improve demand forecasting and planning accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Demand Planning
Gather and analyze business requirements related to demand forecasting and planning
Configure forecasting profiles, measures, planning levels, and time buckets
Support statistical forecasting, causal forecasting, and consensus planning processes
Monitor forecast accuracy and support forecast adjustments and exceptions
Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, setup documents, test cases)
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and provide go-live and post-go-live support
Coordinate with technical teams for data integrations, reports, and data migration
Ensure integration with Supply Planning, Inventory, and Order Management
Provide end-user training and functional support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Demand Planning
Good understanding of demand forecasting and S&OP / IBP processes
Experience in implementation and support projects
Knowledge of integration with Supply Planning and other SCM modules
Strong analytical and communication skills
