Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
Support UAT and validate that solutions meet business needs.
Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Strong experience in business analysis or similar role.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Domain experience (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification.

Nice to Have

Experience with SQL or basic data analysis.
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
