Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Agile / Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will coach teams on Scrum/Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint goals.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
Track and communicate team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Promote continuous improvement and high-performing teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders and other Scrum Masters/Agile teams.
Support Agile transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
Background in software development or QA is a plus.
