Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful insights using Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create and optimize data sources, extracts, and data models for Tableau.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of dashboards.
Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Develop calculated fields, parameters, sets, and advanced visualizations.
Optimize dashboard performance and apply best visualization practices.
Maintain documentation and provide user support/training as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or BI Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Server, and/or Cloud.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik).
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Tableau Certification is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and strong visualization sense.
