Job Title: ETL Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ETL Architect to design and oversee data integration, transformation, and migration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting enterprise data warehousing and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop ETL/ELT architecture and data integration frameworks
Define data flow, transformation logic, and pipeline standards
Lead data migration, consolidation, and integration initiatives
Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and performance
Collaborate with data engineers, DBAs, and business stakeholders
Optimize ETL jobs for scalability and efficiency
Implement best practices for data modeling and warehousing
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data architecture
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling
Knowledge of data transformation and integration techniques
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong performance tuning and optimization skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience designing enterprise data solutions
Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
Understanding of data governance and security principles

Nice to Have

Experience with modern data stacks / ELT pipelines
Knowledge of real-time or streaming data integration
Exposure to BI / analytics platforms
