We are seeking an Atlassian Platform Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, security, scalability, and enabling teams with efficient collaboration and delivery tools.
Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Configure projects, workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, and custom fields.
Manage users, groups, roles, and permission schemes.
Implement automation, dashboards, and reports.
Install, configure, and manage Marketplace apps and plugins.
Perform system upgrades, backups, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Support Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center environments.
Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD and enterprise systems.
Ensure security, compliance, and access controls.
Document configurations, standards, and best practices.
Strong experience administering Atlassian tools.
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and scripting tools.
Knowledge of authentication methods (SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, Okta).
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-620, or equivalent).
Experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy, or PowerShell.
Exposure to large-scale or enterprise Atlassian environments.
