We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Tools Engineer to design, administer, and optimize Atlassian toolsets including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related plugins. The role focuses on enabling Agile/DevOps teams with scalable, secure, and high-performing collaboration and delivery platforms.

Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Design and implement workflows, schemes, custom fields, and automation.

Manage users, groups, roles, and permission schemes.

Install, configure, and maintain Atlassian Marketplace apps.

Integrate Atlassian tools with CI/CD pipelines and third-party systems.

Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and migrations (Cloud/Data Center).

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Build dashboards, reports, and metrics for stakeholders.

Enforce security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements.

Document configurations, processes, and best practices.

Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration.

Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.

Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and scripting tools.

Knowledge of user management, permission models, and workflow design.

Familiarity with integrations such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
