Field Maintenance Technician – II/ Desktop Technician
Long Term Contract

Description Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization
- Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance
- Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems.
- Bachelors degree related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in networking in the TCP/IP LAN/WAN environment desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 5-7 years of experience

Candidate will be required to perform ticket resolution using Service Now platform.
This may be local on site support or remote support for any/all issues that are generated through the service now system.
Candidate will need to be patient and respectful to all customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Mean time to repair metrics must be met to ensure smooth flow of resolution in a timely manner.
Candidate will be expected to change locations as needed by the business. All locations are within approximately ten miles of each other. DESIRED SKILLS: Strong technical background Able to Multitask Strong customer focus/service
