The Product Manager owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer needs and business goals into successful products. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver high-quality products that drive customer value and business growth.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, data, and business objectives
Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Partner with engineering and design to deliver products on time and within scope
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
Use data and KPIs to measure product performance and inform decisions
Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning activities
Collaborate with marketing and sales on product launches and positioning
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven ability to manage products from concept through launch
Experience in SaaS, digital products, or technology platforms
Familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Experience working with UX/UI teams and conducting user research
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
