Workday HCM Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a Workday HCM Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.

  • Configure business processes, organizations, security roles, and workflows in Workday.

  • Support data conversion, EIBs, and integrations with third-party systems.

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

  • Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.

  • Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and security framework.

  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation.

  • Understanding of HR processes (Hire to Retire).

  • Experience with EIBs, reports, and dashboards.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM Certification (Core HCM / Functional modules).

  • Experience with integrations (Workday Studio, Core Connectors).

  • Exposure to Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence modules.
