Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: McLean, VA (Onsite Face-to-Face Interview Required) We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver Salesforce solutions that support business goals. Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and project teams to implement solutions. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Support testing activities including UAT and ensure successful delivery of features. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Required Skills: Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud. Experience gathering and documenting requirements and creating user stories. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and workflows. Preferred: Salesforce certifications are a plus. Experience working in large enterprise environments.
