Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
• Develop eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline 360 using content from existing storyboards and/or materials
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform in a team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines
• Continuously monitor and solicit feedback on all training programs and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, while driving enhancements for improved adoption.
• Keep current with training and learning industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and emerging innovations.
• Develop learning solutions which are engaging and creative, while maintaining the instructional integrity and validity of the solutions.
• Identify and create methods for evaluating effectiveness of training materials and make appropriate changes.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline for building simulations and simple eLearning courses
• Multimedia experience, Excellent PowerPoint skills, Photoshop or tools similar to A e Create Suite also a plus.
• Experience in collaborating with team members in-house and via teleconference.
• Proven ability working with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and critically in developing solutions to complex problems.
• Experience working with Federal clients a plus
