Job Description - VP or Director - Dynamics 365
WinWire Technologies, a premium Microsoft IT services provider is looking
for an experienced pre-sales technical consultant for Dynamics 365
technologies platform. This role is uniquely positioned for learning, growth
and influencing positioning with focus on winning and developing large
solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Platform. The role is to work closely with
the WinWire sales team as well as Microsoft''s account team in providing
technical sales support including customer presentations, demos, solution
design, proof-of-concept engagements and helping throughout the sales cycle
with technical discussions with prospects including proposal creations to
win the deals on overall MS tech and specifically the entire Microsoft
Dynamics 365 platform.
The ideal candidate participates in the pre-sales cycle but also in design,
development, and implementation of customer''s Dynamics 365 technologies
including Dynamics CRM On-premises and Power Platform. The candidate will
also work with clients to understand, analyze, and refine the business
solution requirements and, where needed, provides guidance on selection of
appropriate business solutions from the varied choices of solutions
leveraging Dynamics 365 platform.
Years of experience: 12 to 15 years or more
Expected qualifications for the role:
Candidate should be self-motivated, articulate and confident. Ideal
candidate should have good experience of working in this type of senior
technical and managerial role, with a strong client focus, pre-sales
experience, and good hands-on experience and focus on Dynamics 365 platform
1. 12 to 15 years of experience in MS Dynamics (On Premise and Online) and
CRM domain. Excellent understanding of MS CRM concepts, business processes
and supporting MS CRM functionality
2. At least 5 years in the US playing a Delivery or Pre-sales role
3. Strong exposure to selling process to mid-size enterprises involving RFP
and non-RFP bids
4. Working functional and technical knowledge of latest Microsoft Dynamics
365 offerings
5. Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize Dynamics 365 solutions
within our prospects and clients
6. Be a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners on sales
cycles and marketing events
7. Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems
integration, package implementation, and/ or interactive design, and
Architecture experience
8. Proven experience in presales activities including working on RFP
responses, driving overall Solution and defining the solution architecture
9. Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics
365 (CRM and ERP) implementation with focus on Solution and architecture
definition
10. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that
best leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
11. Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical
solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
12. Ability to drive complex estimates that take one or more projects into
account and to effectively communicate risks and dependencies to client
13. Mocking up specifications for the development team, and facilitating the
completion, testing and deployment of development projects
14. Passionate about continuous learning, demonstrates grasp of current
trends in leveraging Dynamics platform
15. Ability to independently interact with CxO and mid-level customer
executives to understand their requirements and consultatively present
solutions
16. Good Communication and presentation skills is must in this customer
facing role
17. Strong written communications especially related to articulating
technical specifications

1. Certified in MS Dynamics 365
2. Proven mentoring and coaching abilities to ensure effective growth plans
of technology members
3. Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
