Key responsibilities Solution development: Design, build, and implement custom applications and features within the ServiceNow platform. Customization: Modify and configure core applications, user interfaces, workflows, and business rules to align with business requirements. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services. Automation: Develop automated solutions and workflows to improve operational efficiency. Support and maintenance: Provide technical support, debug issues, and perform platform upgrades and patching.
