Here is our open requirement which can be filled immediately.

Role: IT Helpdesk Support

Duration:  11 months

Location: NY & Need candidates onsite

Bill Rate:

No of resources required : 2

Interview mode: 2 rounds ( 1 Video interview with Genpact manager and video interview with client).


Must have skills:

ü  Min 3 years of experience in  IT help desk Support.

ü  Understanding ITIL, incident management, service request & service delivery

ü  To take initiative in creating tickets  

ü  Expertise on ServiceNow tool

ü  Imaging process for the PC & laptops.

ü  Understand the importance of Data privacy part,  security, monitor, VPN, remote access as we are supporting banking system.

ü  understand ODBC connections, install software, network and databases.
