The Enterprise IT Lead Specialist Engineer will be responsible for leading enterprise-level technology initiatives, managing large-scale IT infrastructure environments, and driving modernization and optimization projects across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and experience overseeing cross-functional IT engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity standards, and end-to-end IT service delivery.

Lead and manage enterprise IT engineering initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and technology transformation programs.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable IT architectures to support business growth and performance.

Oversee administration of core enterprise systems including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud environments.

Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain high availability and system reliability.

Collaborate with security teams to ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and cybersecurity standards.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams and project stakeholders.

Conduct capacity planning, system performance tuning, and infrastructure monitoring.

Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise IT engineering, infrastructure management, or related technology leadership roles.

Strong experience in enterprise networking, server administration, virtualization, storage platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

Expertise in Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Cisco, and multi-cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Proven track record leading large-scale IT implementations and transformation projects.

Experience with ITIL framework and managing service delivery processes.

Strong understanding of system security, identity management, and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
