Job Description :
Liaison between the lines of business, scrum master, and engineering teams (infrastructure and development
Analyzes, assess, document, and track business requirements unambiguously and clearly to support the implementation of products and/or features.
Work with the product managers to map detailed technical requirements to key firm strategic business goals for both short term and longer-term roadmaps.
Work with the product managers on prioritization, blocker management, and escalation.
Contributes to the high-level functional design used across all products and features based on system build and knowledge of business needs.
Builds understanding of business needs, how the products are built, and how the data is managed and used to create a functional design for a given product and/or feature.
Works with the business and with other analysts to describe existing business processes.
Works with product engineering teams (development and infrastructure) to come up with designs that meet the business requirements.
Coaches and mentors less experienced business analysts.
Basic resource management skills (e.g., planning, capacity
Feedback of storage infrastructure and application designs to ensure it meets business

Five years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst in large scale development and infrastructure environment at a complex enterprise scale.
Financial Industry knowledge and experience is required and must-have IT experience and track record of applying technology to solve business problems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills at both business and deep technical levels
Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited university.
Strong ability to perform requirements gathering & specification writing using Agile collaboration tools.
A high degree of organization skills including the use of Confluence and JIRA for managing product requirements and technical documentation.
Proficient in knowledge of business applications, data usage, data management tools, and flowcharting tools.
Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to create technical user guides, user stories, work instructions, or workflows by using MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to assess and solve problems, (i.e. blockers identified by developers or engineers
Solid understanding of the development (SDLC) or project life cycle, which includes all phases from discovery and analysis through implementation.
Able to understand the logic of code and to construct simple data queries.
Advanced business and data analysis, business process, and application/infrastructure knowledge.
Expert in modeling process flows, data relationship flows, and event sequencing
Background working on product management teams working directly with customers on technical solutions.

Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to.
