Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Application Development with strong leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and Python.
  • Strong experience in Angular is required.
  • Solid background in web development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly or other feature flagging platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer tools (GitHub Copilot, GitHub Agent Mode, Cursor).
  • Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven track record in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to integrating AI in applications.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Prior experience as a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead in large-scale enterprise projects.
