Job Description :

Prior experience of working as an engagement manager in onsite/offshore model with Pharma/Life Sciences customers is a must.

Responsibilities:

Work as an onsite engagement manager for managed services towards commercial data platform for a life sciences/pharma client
Prepare project plans, status reports and handle client/offshore team coordination
Create and maintain work estimates, change and release plans
Understand and analyse existing issues to work with offshore technical team towards timely remediation
Understand and document business requirements to work with offshore technical team towards delivering functional/technical enhancements
Work with client IT/business to resolve conflicts/priorities
Work with third party vendors to ensure timely support/dependencies are met
Drive the team to develop operationally efficient analytic solutions
Manage project timelines and provide timely updates on significant issues or developments
People leadership and plan their career growth and focus on creating a cohesive team environment.

Experience:

Solid experience in working with IQVIA datasets like XPO/XPD data, One Key data & DDD data

Overall 10-15 years of experience with atleast 6-8 years of experience in leading Data Engineering projects as Technical Project Manager/Technical Lead/Architect
Atleast 3-4 full end to end data engineering projects implementation experience
Prior experience in Pharma, Life Sciences industry is mandatory
Have deep understanding of life science data sources (IQVIA/IMS, Sales data)
Experience with big data platforms and tools (e.g. pyspark)
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in data science and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python
Hands-on experience on Dashboard development using tools like Qlik sense
Understanding of Informatica MDM solution in overall data ecosystem

Good communication and presentation skill, ability to work in matrix environment
